Is this setting, achieved by script, only for one profile? Or all profiles? And is this setting persistent across sessions or only valid for the current session?

I found the option to hide the main menu bar in the Settings, however, I am missing where I can hide the Search, coords panel, and misc buttons to the right of the input box.

My friend has done it, but she doesn't remember how.
