Seeking confirmation on this:
It appears that using the mapper window right-click->exit function to manually set exits via the GUI doesn't correctly remove exitStubs as the setExit() method does. The expectation is that it would, as I'm not sure of a use-case where you'd want the stub to remain.

Re: Help Wanted
If you _do_ have a SVN/CVS/whatever background, check out TortoiseGit. Since many SVN users are likely comfortable with TortoiseSVN (assuming Windows), then TortoiseGit is a much more comfortable intro cause it "looks the same". I don't claim it does everything and you can ignore the comma...

This second build-from-scratch edition is pretty impressive!

Re: [Feature Request] Invert X/Y Axis on Mapper Window
I know aardwolf does their GMCP in the 4th quadrant as well, as my basic mapping script for there had to do the same thing. As Heiko said, just y*-1 to solve it. There is nothing wrong with having negative x,y values in your map display because there is a very slim chance you are going to map any mu...

Re: Decoda
Sorry, that question really was directed at the mudlet devs, for exactly the reason you mentioned. I do tend to code most of my own stuff externally just for the ability to use an outside editor. The debugging ability adds a whole new level! Heck, just loading it up the first time to test it out sho...

Re: Decoda
I typically use VIM or Sublime Text, but the fact this can see 'into' mudlet is awesome. Would there be any chance of somehow going past the limitation of not being able to edit directly in decoda and have it show up in mudlet?

Re: (mapping script) 3kingdoms Mapper
Fastwalking while in map mode _usually_ works fine, but if you have hit a dead-end while walking it is a good idea to make generous use of the "tmap dirclear" command. This will clear up any directions stuck in the queue, which is likely what happened in your case. EDIT: And as is chris' w...

Re: (mapping script) 3kingdoms Mapper
Looks like chris already implemented a fix! I have a new system, so haven't set it up to compile yet but will do so soon and give it a shot. Woo! EDIT: Wow, what a huge improvement. One minor issue though - it appears that selecting the label is also selecting "through" the label, such tha...

Re: (mapping script) 3kingdoms Mapper
I actually get the same behavior in 2.1 as well, consistently. Just as described, you see a huge orange selection box to the upper left of the actual label.
(This is with official 2.1 - I haven't tried against chris' latest github version)

Very nice! Stupid question, I assume this is one of the IRE muds?
